Terms and conditions for your appointment

Thank you for booking your appointment with us. Please note:​

• Online bookings are for ear wax removal only and we only see adults 18 years and over. 

• We will contact you to confirm your appointment. You must respond otherwise we cannot guarantee you will be seen. 

• You need to complete any online forms we send you before your appointment.

• You must soften the wax using olive oil or olive oil-based ear drops for at least 3-4 days before your appointment.

• You must give at least 36 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
